I was born in Cleveland, Ohio in America's Bicentennial year of 1976. My husband and I currently reside in Central Jersey, about 45 minutes outside of Manhattan.
While I was growing up, all I did was draw... everything from my own cartoon characters to still life drawings to my sports heroes. I have fond memories of sitting in my bedroom in the evening, sketchpad in hand, while listening to basketball play by play on the radio.
I really enjoy design of all types, but these days I seem to specialize in web design and multimedia creation. You can find my portfolio of selected works at beadyeyewebdesign.com.
Some non-design things I enjoy include music (especially punk, metal, goth, industrial and dance), sports (all of my beloved Cleveland teams, even though I have yet to see a championship in my lifetime), movies (the scarier the better), bicycling, collecting toys and cooking.
I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design.
